Our Daily Bake Schedule

Dear bread lovers,
As dedicated artisanal bakers, we carefully craft our signature sourdough loaves in small batches throughout the week. Each variety requires its own fermentation cycle and dedicated attention from our bakers.
Please note that not all sourdough varieties are baked daily. If the sourdough you've selected isn't scheduled for your delivery day, we'll contact you to offer either the day's freshly baked alternatives or to reschedule your delivery for when your chosen loaf is being crafted.
This rotation ensures each loaf receives the 18-36 hour fermentation that creates Zubi's distinctive flavour profile and digestive benefits. We believe this approach is worth the wait; your gut will agree!
