All our gluten free bakes are made with the best of intentions to provide the best quality bakes, made from a mix of Amaranth, Water Chestnut & Barnyard Millet Flours). From loaves to bagels, cinnamon knots and now GF Pizza Crusts (Dropping Soon!)

Apple Crumble Pie
Slow cooked, fresh peeled apples, encased in our all-butter French pâte brisée, and topped with our signature butter oat crumble. Serve it up with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream!

Get your rye fix! Religiously baked 3 times a week our Nordic Rye is made from 50% wholegrain rye blended with our untreated, unbromated wholegrain and white flours, and gently sweetened with local harvest honey.
