Experience our authentic Scandinavian dark rye — a robust earthy loaf crafted through traditional overnight fermentation using our house levain. The marriage of wholegrain stone-milled rye, with our untreated white and wholegrain flours and local harvest honey, creates a distinctive deep colour and complex flavour profile with subtle sweetness. Each dense, moist loaf offers remarkable keeping qualities and a satisfying texture that pairs perfectly with mature cheese and hearty soups.
A heritage bread made with minimal ingredients but maximum care, honouring centuries-old Nordic baking traditions. Available in a seeded type for extra richness with sunflower, flax, pumpkin seeds and wholegrain oats.

Our Rotating Bake Schedule.
Our signature sourdough loaves are crafted in small batches throughout the week, with different varieties baked on specific days. If your chosen sourdough isn't scheduled for your delivery day, we'll contact you to offer alternatives or reschedule. This rotation ensures each loaf receives our traditional 18-48 hour fermentation. Specific bake days are noted in our product descriptions and go through our daily bake schedule.
