These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Zubi Bakes LLP ("we," "our," or "us") when using our services, purchasing our products, or interacting with our website. By engaging with Zubi Bakes, you accept these terms in full.

Products and Services

  • All products are baked fresh daily using premium ingredients.
  • Product descriptions, including ingredients and allergen information, are provided to the best of our knowledge.
  • We reserve the right to modify our product offerings without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase or order placement
  • We card payments, and mobile money transfers (M-Pesa).
  • Custom orders require a 60% non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations of custom orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Delivery

  • Delivery services are available within designated areas for an additional fee.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials is our intellectual property.
  • Use of our logo, images, or content requires written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Customer information is collected solely for business purposes.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for delivery services or by law.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding your orders and occasional promotional content.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased.
  2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
  3. All implied warranties are limited to the extent permitted by law.

  2. Customers with allergies must inform us when placing orders.
  3. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through Kenyan courts.
