Our Stollen honours German tradition through artisanal craft. A decadent fruit mix marinated overnight in premium rum and warming spices is carefully folded into a rich sweet spiced dough made with real butter and farm fresh eggs. Our house-made almond marzipan is enveloped into the dough and slow-fermented overnight to develop the complex flavours. Steam baked to and glazed with a luxurious rum butter and delicately snow-topped with confectioner's sugar, each slice is a celebration of holiday indulgence.

Our Rotating Bake Schedule.
Our signature sourdough loaves are crafted in small batches throughout the week, with different varieties baked on specific days. If your chosen sourdough isn't scheduled for your delivery day, we'll contact you to offer alternatives or reschedule. This rotation ensures each loaf receives our traditional 18-48 hour fermentation. Specific bake days are noted in our product descriptions and go through our daily bake schedule.
