At Zubi’s we offer a variety of sourdough leavened and yeasted loaves. Our artisanal process is hand crafted, slow cold fermented, & baked to a dark European style crust with a soft crumb.


We care deeply about the ingredients that go into each loaf. This is why we have chosen to use only untreated & unbleached flours in all our loaves and produce from farms that practice sustainable agriculture.
 

​To improve the nutritional value and flavour, our loaves undergo a long cold ferment period that not only improves the digestibility of the bread, but lowers its glycemic index as well. Those with sensitive tummies will find success eating sourdough. Bread lovers rejoice.

We have our classic flavours on our menu weekly, but we are always working on unique flavour profiles. Something exciting that you would have never thought possible before.
